Safety : Gunakan Apd lv.1 Environment : Tumpahan chemical gunakan bahan penyerap chemical (absorbent) Langkah Kerja : 1. Check panel control bak limbah pH > 10 = ambil sample lakukan jartest terlebihd ahulu pH< 10 = tidak perlu jartest Tds > 3000 ppm = ambil sample lakukan jar test tds < 3000 = tidak perlu jar test 2.Check Chemical level minimal 10% dari kapasitas tank/balky : - Chemical Flocculant PAC - Chemical nAoH - H2SO4 - Coaggulant Polymer - Sodium Bisulphite 3. Check ketinggian air limbah Standar level air limbah diatas pompa 4. Memulai treatment : - check di panel HMI WWTP setelan harus setelan auto semua - Tekan tombol auto di dashboard HMI " WWTP AUTO" tekan 5 detik sampai bunyi mesin memulai 5. Mengambil sampling : - Lakukan sampling awal di piping sampling - Lakukan sampling akhir treatment standar parameter Effluent WWTP : pH - 6-9 TDS = 2000 ppm Turbidty = 50 NTU Stop treatment apabila diluar standar pada saat pengambilan sampling
